Good morning Oat is a nutritious daily meal for good health and for energy.

It contain ingredients such as carbohydrates which is energy given especially for athletes.
It also has oat bran which is in fibre and its known to reduce blood cholesterol.

Nutrition expert believes that Beta-glucans, the water soluble fibre present in oat bran inhibit cholesterol, which prevent heart disease.

Good morning oat assists in regulating digestion and gastro-intestinal function due to the fibre content.

It could be served either as a porridge or Milk porridge.

Serve as porridge
Stir one and half cup Good morning oats with a little salt in three and half cups boiling water and cook for one minute, stir continuously.
Serve hot with Sugar and or cream.
For variety serve with syrup, with fresh or preserved fruits, coconut, dates or other flavouring.

Serve as milk porridge
One and half litre of milk,3 heaped table spoons Good morning oat with a pinch of salt and a little sugar.
Place all ingredients in a sauce pan, quickly bring to boil, remove from heat, cover and allow to stand for about 3-4 minutes before serving.
